Jeff is a financial technology startup that addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation by the help of available data - largely digital footprint. Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come.
Launched in Vietnam in 2020, Jeff has grown into a 40+ people team across 6 countries. To date, we have helped 10+ million customers in Vietnam, Philippines, Mexico, Colombia and others to compare more than 100 million of financial products. As we enter the next phase in our journey, we are looking for an Global Affiliate Manager. You'll foster our relationships with our affiliate network - you’ll drive success for us and our partners, and will collaborate on cross-functional efforts to maximize lead volumes and ROI.
If you're looking for a challenge and the opportunity to participate in building an exciting, global product, then this role is for you! ⚡️You will be responsible for: Affiliate ManagementDevelop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program to align with our strategic goals and support long-term growth in our markets in countries, like Vietnam, Philippines, IndiaRecruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performanceTracking and AnalyticsSet up and manage postback URLs, tracking pixels, and other necessary tracking mechanismsUse Affise and Tableau to track and analyze affiliate performanceGenerate regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvementStrategic PlanningCollaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with the overall marketing strategyDevelop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to increase affiliate engagement and performanceStay tuned with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threatsCommunication and Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure aligned marketing effortsNegotiate affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional dealsThe requirements:
Proficiency in EnglishMinimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the fintech industry and within emerging markets, with strong local market knowledge and connectionsProven track record of successfully managing and optimizing affiliate programsExperience with affiliate tracking platforms, particularly Affise, and familiarity with analytical tools such as TableauExperience in setting up and managing postbacks and tracking pixelsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat will you bring?AI-first mindset: Enthusiasm for leveraging artificial intelligence tools and approachesFull ownership mentality:
