Key ResponsibilitiesWorking within a team to execute M&A transactions including; preparation of marketing materials, development and review of due diligence reports, general financial analysis and overall process coordinationRunning and developing financial and operating models for marketing and transaction purposesWorking with an experienced senior team in a collaborative work environmentExamining the strategic and financial merits of proposed transactions for marketing purposesConstructing economic models and performing financial analysis of companies and assetsWorking within a team assisting seniors in preparing marketing materials, information memoranda and data rooms, and coordinating the team’s (transaction) processesSupporting cross-business development initiatives and executing live transactions to include:
in-depth market research (e. g. identification of acquirers/targets, transactions, market activity); detailed company profiling and analysis; compiling and managing databases; assisting with production of client presentations and documents (e. g. pitch books, process timetables and letters, valuation materials, etc.
)Involvement in client meetings and on client callsProject management skillsHelping to develop skill set and product/sector expertise of analysts in the teamWorking well with others within and across group and learning from existing team expertiseDemonstrating integrity, being seen as a respected role model, Coaching, developing and motivating the AnalystMaintaining professionalism at all times and encouraging others to do soSkills & ExperienceThe following skills and experience are required for this role: Strong academic background; investment banking, M&A advisory or related experienceStrong project management skills.
