Job Description

Are you our new Field Service and Sales Engineer?We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to support and advice during installation, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment and systems at customer locations. Work area will be first and foremost north and west Europe. This role also have the commercial incentive to drive sales of particularly spare parts for our installed equipment, and newly commissioned equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and excellent customer service skills. This role requires frequent travel to client sites, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment.

This position reports to the General Manager, EMEA. based Stockholm, Sweden. Key IndustriesForestry and Biomass, Mining and minerals handling, Recycling Responsibilities•        Installation & Maintenance: Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, or systems as per company standards. •        Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs on-site to minimize downtime. •        Customer Support: Provide technical support, training, and guidance to clients on product usage and maintenance. •        Documentation & Reporting: Maintain service logs, documentation, and reports on work completed, issues identified, and solutions implemented. •        Compliance & Safety: Follow company and industry safety procedures, regulations, and best practices while working in the field. •        Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, engineering, and sales; driving demand, improve service quality and resolve complex issues. •        Support the evaluation of suppliers and workshops to facilitate the localization of products and parts to local market. Quality evaluation of workshop machines and processesQualifications•        Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Automation, or related field)•        Experience in field service, maintenance, or technical support (industry-specific experience preferred)•        Strong technical knowledge of equipment and machinery used in [specific industry, e. g. , manufacturing, energy, etc. ].

•        Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools, mechanical repairs, hydraulics and electrical systems•        Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints•        Excellent customer service and communication skills•        Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations•        Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently•        Languages: English and Swedish professional level. Other languages considered advantageous
