Position SummaryAs the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling check-ins and check-outs, and assisting with guest inquiries. ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests at the front deskProcess guest check-ins, assigning rooms and activating room keysCo-ordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in and report any guest concernsAnswer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concernsManage reservations and handle billing processes.
Process check-outs and resolving any disputed chargesCollaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfactionRun daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in a front desk or customer service role preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsFluent in English or Chinese is preferredAbility to work flexible hours including weekends or Public Holidays and able to stand for long hours
