Project Manager

Job Purpose< 1,000,000 PS Hours < 500 M MAD Revenue / Scope Responsibility Engineering & Construction management PMC/EPCM (Small/Medium projects). Small/Medium complicated projectsMain Scope/Responsibilities Health & Safety: Prepares and implements a health and safety plan for the project and ensures a culture of safety. Demonstrates full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership to the project team. Team Leadership: Implements communication tools and process to ensure all team members are informed about project status and key performance indicators.

Oversees, motivates and monitors the performance of the team, ensuring quality and timeliness of assignments and roles, and addresses any performance gaps. Technical Expertise: Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc. ) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan. Establishes processes and protocols for the documentation and cost control of the project. Financial/Contract Management: Strong understanding and application of business drivers, financial reporting standardsApplies in-depth knowledge and understanding of client contract to the oversight and management of the project.

Ensures proper change control processes are understood and used with the project team and with the client. Planning & Execution: Develops an integrated set of functional/discipline execution plans (i. e. , contracts, project controls, etc. )Interprets and understands all of the key elements of the project schedule (such as critical path, actual versus planned activities, etc. ) to identify adverse trends and take correction action when required. Client & Stakeholder Management: Understands client delivery models and effectively identifies and manages different stakeholders. Risk Management:

1 to 2 years of Field ExperienceSolid understanding of digital and data-centric project execution Specific Experience In The PositionStrong understanding and application of all Jesa procedures, tools, protocols and systems. Professional registration preferred. Completed PM Essentials training and assessments. Approved by MOP and Manager of Operations.
