OR Any Bachelor’s Degree plus Diploma in Human Resources/ Professional HR Certification🔹Experience: 7 years’ experience in HR in a people focused organization🔹 Key Responsibilities: Support in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
Create and monitor HR metrics, reports, and analytics. Participate in reviewing and enhancing HR frameworks and best practices. Monitor compliance with HR policies and SOPs. Design tools, guidelines, and SOPs for HR operations. Lead, coordinate, and support structured HR activities and initiatives. Guide subordinates and support performance problem-solving. Represent the HR department in cross-functional meetings and committees. Prepare performance and departmental reports. 🔹 Additional Focus: Employee EngagementConduct research on international employee engagement best practices. Develop and support employee engagement strategies and business plans. Collaborate on engagement programs to boost workplace morale and satisfaction. Train and guide managers on engagement initiatives.
Design communication materials (presentations, videos, brochures) to enhance internal communication. Create and analyze engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms. Prepare insightful reports and suggest action plans for continuous improvement. Develop toolkits, SOPs, and policy documents related to engagement. Maintain confidentiality of all employee-related information and data.
