We are looking for an Office Assistant who will nourish this kind of atmosphere in our Limassol office.

As the first point of contact at our Office reception, you will be a full member of the office community, working alongside engineers, designers, marketers, and colleagues from other teams. As the Office Assistant, you will support your colleagues and manage daily office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently. This role includes administrative tasks, reception responsibilities, and coordination with various departments to support staff and visitors. Important note: The Office Assistant role requires working onsite at the Limassol office, with fixed hours from 08: 00 to 17: 00, Monday to Friday.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure a smooth run of the reception and the whole officeHandling phone calls and emails from our customers and suppliers and responding as appropriateWelcoming visitors and providing refreshmentsAdministrative support for the whole teamCooperating on the team events (team buildings, conferences, etc. )Supervision of our office and parking spaceCommunication with the facility and cleaning servicesHelping our international Procurement team with the purchases on-siteTaking over the deliveries as well as sending of the documents and packages (Akis, FedEx, PPL, UPS, DHL, etc. )Ordering of the office suppliesHandling of various requests from the team lead (Office Manager).

Relevant work experienceFluent speaking English and solid writing skillsGreek - native speaker or a level of a second languageRussian language (not a necessity, but would be a plus)Reasonable proficiency with MS OfficeGood communication skills as well as a pleasant telephone mannerOutgoing personality with problem-solving skills, accuracy, and attention to detailFlexibility as well as the ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues and customers and manage time and workload independentlyAbility to communicate with people from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds, ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere in the officeA driving license is a plus.
