We're currently seeking a Senior Payments Analyst to join our high-performing Digital team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging data and insight to drive value across the end-to-end payments cycle.

As a Senior Payments Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and assessing new payment opportunities and delivering insightful reporting that underpins key commercial and strategic decisions. You will help shape our payment landscape to ensure we remain innovative, compliant, cost-effective, and customer-centric.

What You’ll Be DoingMonitor and analyse payment method performance across Jetstar Group carriersLead cost of sale modelling and support payment strategy developmentEvaluate new payment technologies and support vendor negotiationsIdentify and prioritise initiatives across the Payments landscapeCollaborate across Finance, Fraud, Digital, and Customer teams to drive improvementsDeliver data-driven insights and reports that support strategic initiativesEnsure compliance with regulatory and industry standardsContinuously seek to enhance efficiencies and customer satisfactionWhat You’ll BringTertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field3+ years in a commercial or analytical role, ideally within payments or financeStrong data analysis and Excel skills; PowerBI experience highly regardedA strategic mindset with experience in process improvement (e.
