Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative, located in Lagos with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound sales activities, developing business opportunities, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients.
This role requires proactive engagement with prospects, maintaining detailed records of sales activities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. QualificationsExperience in Outbound Sales and Sales DevelopmentStrong skills in Lead Generation, Lead Qualification and Business DevelopmentExcellent Communication skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProficiency in CRM software and sales tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredPrevious experience in a software or finance sales environment is advantageous
