Jewelry Designer – Fine Jewelry Collections📍 Istanbul, Turkey | Full-time / HybridAbout the Role We are seeking a Jewelry Designer who combines artistic creativity with precise technical ability — someone who can bring fine jewelry concepts to life through both hand-drawn and CAD renderings. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Creative and Design Directors to create distinctive, high-quality pieces that reflect our brand’s timeless yet expressive aesthetic.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Creative Directors to achieve desired design outcomes and deliver the highest quality products within target costs.Communicate with the Director of Design to interpret and execute the design and brand strategy across all product categories.Prepare and finalize technical drawings and specifications for production.Collaborate with the Product Development team throughout the launch process.Deliver detailed design sketches, renderings, and prototypes for review and production.Adapt designs based on feedback and ensure all refinements are implemented for finalization.Assist with general organizational and day-to-day design tasks.Design high-end, statement jewelry pieces that align with the brand’s DNA.QualificationsBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required; Master of Arts preferred but not essentialJewelry design background strongly preferredStrong and accurate technical design skills — attention to detail is a must!Skilled in both hand sketching and technical/CAD drawingProficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software (Rhino, MatrixGold, or equivalent)Passion, interest, or understanding of our lifestyle brand and its missionHighly collaborative, thrives in a team-oriented environmentExcellent written and spoken English is essential; Italian is beneficial but not requiredDetail-oriented with a strong sense of color, proportion, and craftsmanship
