Duties And ResponsibilitiesBecome an active member of the CVT product team within our global IT organization Support operations, rollout, maintenance, and further enhancements by development and configuration of relevant systems ATLASSIAN JIRA Support and manage the RDBMS ProgreSQL Collaborate closely with our internal business stakeholders, end users and other IT teams Understand user needs and analyze user requirements Diagnose defects and provide 2nd/3rd level support Take part in and guide technical and architectural discussions and decisions Work in agile environment where teamwork is at its best Support, coach and share knowledge with other team membersProfessional CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience3+ years of professional experience in customization / administration / operations of ATLASSIAN JIRA Very good knowledge of either LINUX or WINDOWS server OS Good knowledge or database administration, preferably PostgreSQL Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and agile methodologies (SCRUM) Very good documentation skills Knowledge about QM and (medical) validation requirements (i.e. GAMP5) is a plus Willingness to learn and to follow medical device regulation proceduresAdvanced verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)Personal CompetenciesSelf-motivated team player, initiative and passionate about your work Ability to work in a highly structured and self-organized way Ability to step in new technologies and tasksWhat We OfferBecome part of a corporate culture that actively promotes constructive exchanges between colleagues, customers and partners.
