JMES are working with a fast-growing Australian Private Equity backed business with the hire of a newly created Integration Director role. A leader in its sector and operational for over 30 years, this business has a national presence and through the support of a leading investor, is on a continued upward trajectory. As the business grows through strategic acquisitions, there is a need for an experienced Integration specialist to support the Group CEO and Head of Transformation with the ownership and delivery of major programs.
This is a critical leadership role to ensure the integration of bolt-on acquisitions and requires the Director to ensure businesses are successfully embedded from an operational, cultural and strategic framework perspective. Collaborating with functional leaders to oversee a number of workstreams you’ll ensure delivery against agreed value creation targets. Bringing prior experience of integrations, you’ll have existing playbooks and frameworks that allow scalability for future and will have deep expertise in managing integration projects of varying complexity and scale.
Complementing your 10+ years of project leadership experience will be first class stakeholder management skills, a pragmatic and humble approach with the ability to build meaningful working relationships across a diverse business.
