Job Description

Job Description Conduct job searches and match client qualifications with employer requirements Develop and maintain a wide variety of job opportunities through active employer engagement Build and sustain relationships with local employers and community leaders to identify job openings, training initiatives, and alternative work activities Maintain current knowledge of the local labor market and share insights with project staff Assist employers with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified candidates Organize and coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations; flexible to work outside normal hours as needed Provide individualized support to clients to address employment barriers through assessment, case management, and referrals to community resources Conduct client orientations and ensure accurate enrollment documentation Maintain detailed case notes and organized client records Monitor client progress, ensure follow-through on planned activities, and provide consistent follow-up Collaborate with schools, account managers, and internal teams to ensure documentation compliance and goal achievement Track and report on participation, placement outcomes, and performance metrics Work closely with the business services team to align job opportunities with client readiness, training, and workshops Develop and implement communication plans to keep staff informed of operational goals and updates Participate in training, capacity building, and continuous improvement initiatives Identify operational challenges and collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements Perform other duties as assignedQualifications Ability to maintain flexibility as the needs of the contract or contractor require Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Two years of experience in case management advisement and development preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts accurately Strong telephone, computer, written, and verbal communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to thrive in environments with multiple stakeholders, frequent change, and diverse objectives Professional understanding of a wide range of occupations and career paths, ideally including those in the healthcare field Associate degree from an accredited college or university in education, social services, healthcare, or communications preferred Customer service experience requiredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
