The role involves day-to-day tasks such as assessing and identifying pest problems, implementing pest control strategies, and using eco-friendly products and methods for pest management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records of services provided and handling customer inquiries with excellent service. Qualifications Licensed in pest control and holding industry-recognized certificationsKnowledge of eco-friendly pest management solutions and techniquesExperience in customer service with strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficiency with pest control tools and technologyPrevious experience in residential, commercial, or industrial pest control is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in pest management is a plus
