Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Customer Care Professional who can deliver outstanding support to our international customers — someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being part of the full customer journey.In This Role, You Will:Build and maintain strong communication channels with international customersDeliver timely, accurate, and professional customer serviceSet up and maintain customer accounts in NavisionPrepare and coordinate customer quotesProcess customer orders from receipt through deliveryManage international documentation, including Certificates of Origin (COO), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and other export documentationCommunicate with customers and sales representatives by phone and emailCoordinate returns and manage non-conformitiesSupport customers in resolving concerns or issuesMonitor customer payment termsReview open sales orders and proactively update customersCollaborate with production to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time Qualifications 2–3 years of customer service experience (preferably in manufacturing)Complete fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages is an assetSkilled in order processing, quoting, and invoicingTech-savvy with strong attention to detailOrganized, proactive, and customer-focusedAble to problem-solve quickly and effectivelyA team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
