You'll take full ownership of the candidate communication experience — from onboarding emails to job alerts and feedback — ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, useful, and personalized.

You'll own and grow the candidate community, making it a space where remote job seekers feel supported, heard, and empoweredTake full ownership of our candidate email experience — from welcome flows to job alerts and application feedbackBe the bridge between our users and our product, ensuring we're building something they truly loveBuild and manage an active online community across Slack, Discord, LinkedIn, and other platformsLaunch and lead an Ambassador Program to engage passionate users as advocatesOrganize virtual community events like webinars, AMAs, and meetupsOwn and optimize all email communications:

onboarding, re-engagement, updates, and newslettersCreate smart, personalized email journeys using CRM tools (HubSpot, Customer. io, etc. )Collaborate with product and content teams to align messaging and amplify impactContinuously test and iterate on email flows to improve performanceCollect, analyze, and share community insights with internal teams to drive growth and improvementsRequirements3+ years of experience in community management, CRM/email marketing, or a related roleStrong communication and writing skills in EnglishSolid experience with CRM and email automation platforms (e. g. , HubSpot, Instantly, Customer.
