As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and enhancement of core banking systems, particularly focusing on loan and deposit modules.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights that influence product roadmaps and customer success strategies. This role requires an analytical thinker with strong communication and writing skills who can translate complex business and technical concepts into clear and actionable documentation. Accountabilities:

Engage with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and define product requirementsAnalyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilitiesConduct market research on competitor offerings and industry trends to support product innovationCollaborate with engineering teams to translate business objectives into clear technical specificationsCreate and maintain detailed documentation, including internal guidelines and customer-facing materialsParticipate in testing new product features to ensure they meet business requirements and customer expectationsProvide support to cross-functional teams and customers by addressing product-related queries and offering training sessionsRequirements3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or fintech industryBackground in banking, particularly with loan and deposit products, or accounting practices is a strong advantageStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business and technical concepts into actionable insightsExperience working with financial calculations and managing complex data setsFamiliarity with the software development lifecycle, APIs, and integration conceptsCompetency in prototyping, wireframing, and creating user stories is a plusExcellent communication and documentation skills, with an ability to present complex ideas clearlyDetail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProactive self-learner with a continuous improvement mindsetWillingness to travel up to one week per monthBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunity to work in a global, fast-growing environmentCollaboration with a dynamic team across different regionsExposure to innovative financial technologies and industry best practicesFlexibility in working locationProfessional development opportunities and continuous learning support
