Lead a team of engineers and data scientists to design and deliver AI-augmented solutions with measurable impact on user experience and business performanceOwn agile rituals, technical design reviews, and backlog management to ensure quality, scalability, and speedCollaborate with internal stakeholders and freelance contributors to transform product challenges into actionable technical workFoster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and strong ownership through mentoring, code reviews, and best practicesTrack team performance and optimize output using data-driven metrics and regular retrospectivesPlay an active role in product discovery, contributing to technical strategy and product direction in the absence of a dedicated product management teamRequirements3-5 years of experience leading high-performing software teams (5+ engineers), ideally in an agile, fully remote setting5-10 years of hands-on coding experience with modern, scalable cloud-native applications; strong affinity with Python, Node.
