As a Creative Strategist, you will collaborate with account managers, designers, media strategists, and clients to develop performance-driven creative strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, email, and web. Develop and implement creative strategies that align with client marketing and business goalsTranslate audience, market, and performance insights into actionable creative briefs and campaign roadmapsIdeate, present, and execute multi-platform campaign concepts and messaging for clients and internal teamsLead research and analysis, including market trends, competitive benchmarking, and audience behavior, to uncover opportunitiesPlan and oversee creative testing, including messaging, imagery, and formats, and report actionable findingsManage multi-client workflows to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standardsCollaborate with designers and provide art direction to ensure brand consistency and excellenceProduce or source assets as needed, including UGC and quick-turn creative contentManage client communication, including monthly performance updates, learnings, and strategic recommendationsSupervise and support contractors assisting with graphic design or other creative needsRequirements2-3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or design-related fieldsProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Klaviyo is a plusStrong project management and organizational skills; familiarity with Asana preferredStrategic and analytical thinker, able to convert insights into actionable strategiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to generate innovative ideas and guide creative executionKnowledge of emerging trends and technologies, including AI tools (e.
