This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and drive the financial strategy and operations of a dynamic, global organization. As a key strategic partner to executive leadership, you will oversee comprehensive accounting and financial planning functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and insightful reporting. You will lead a global finance team while driving continuous process improvements and supporting major business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.

AccountabilitiesLead global accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance and accuracyDirect financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with business objectivesServe as a strategic advisor to the CFO and CEO, providing actionable financial insights to guide decision-making and improve business performanceOversee governance and compliance programs, including SOX, tax, treasury, audits, and internal controlsLead financial due diligence, modeling, and post-acquisition integration efforts in support of corporate mergers and acquisitionsDrive process standardization, system optimization, and modernization initiatives across finance functionsManage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global finance team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvementRequirements15+ years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 5 years in executive leadership rolesProven track record managing senior finance leaders across global accounting, FP&A, and related functionsExperience in US multinational corporations with deep knowledge of enterprise financial systems and analytics toolsStrong strategic mindset coupled with operational focus and exceptional attention to detailDemonstrated success in M&A activities and financial transformation projectsProactive leadership style with excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredCPA certification, public accounting experience, and ERP system implementation expertise are advantageousFamiliarity with NetSuite and/or Domo platforms is a plusBenefitsCompetitive salary range from $230,000 to $315,000 plus performance bonusesComprehensive healthcare coverage including Medical, Dental, and Vision plans401(k) plan with company matchPaid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave, Sick Leave, and Short-Term DisabilityWork-life balance support with flexible programs and assistance initiativesProfessional development opportunities including education benefits and volunteer programsRemote work flexibility with preference for candidates in Utah or Eastern Time zonesJobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
