Collaborate with product development, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure brand consistency and design accuracy across all materials.
Create visual assets for digital and print, including trade show displays, catalogs, and sales presentations. Support product launches with creative assets that align with brand and market strategy. Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across product lines and platforms. Assist in UX/UI design for digital tools, apps, or customer-facing platforms (nice to have). Qualifications 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a manufacturing or hard goods environment. Strong portfolio showcasing product-focused design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
Familiarity with packaging design, dielines, and print production processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. UX/UI design experience is a plus but not required. Preferred Skills Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
