Job DetailsWhat You’ll Do Guide a team of Category Managers responsible for procuring ingredients, packaging, and critical supplies across multiple product lines. Ensure quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness in every link of the chain. Identify and qualify new suppliers (domestic and global), issue and evaluate RFPs, and negotiate agreements that align with business priorities. Drive vendor performance and build long-term strategic partnerships.

Work closely with R&D, Quality, Technical Services, and Marketing to launch new products and optimize existing ones. Ensure the supply base supports innovation, compliance, and time-to-market objectives. Own annual cost projections and monthly forecasts for assigned categories. Monitor spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met. Spearhead projects to reduce non-value-added costs and improve supply chain responsiveness. Use data, metrics, and cross-departmental collaboration to bring about lasting process improvements. Ensure franchise and internal stakeholders are informed, involved, and aligned on supply chain initiatives. Communicate clearly across departments to maintain project momentum and accountability.

Maintain oversight of all aspects of planning, purchasing, logistics, and implementation to ensure efficient, compliant, and on-time execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience in a food manufacturing or CPG environment Strong track record of vendor negotiations, sourcing, and cost management Deep understanding of supply chain operations — from procurement to production planning to distribution Excellent analytical and communication skills Collaborative mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional and franchise partners Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel and Teams) A passion for building scalable, high-performing supply chain systemsInterested in hearing more?
