As part of our dynamic Digital Commerce team, you’ll work across departments to gather business requirements, map out user stories, and translate complex processes into clear, testable solutions. You'll be a strategic partner to business stakeholders and development teams — helping us continuously improve how we deliver eCommerce excellence. If you're a detail-driven problem-solver with experience in Agile environments, JIRA/Confluence, and B2B eCommerce, this is your opportunity to make an impact. What You’ll Do Serve as the functional SME for eCommerce and lead the documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Create mockups and wireframes (using tools like Draw. io, Mural, Lucidchart, Visio, or PowerPoint) to visualize process flows and UX expectations. Lead and execute functional testing and support UAT to ensure business needs are fully met. Collaborate with developers, QA, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment. Manage JIRA tickets and documentation in Confluence with accuracy and clarity. Participate in stakeholder workshops, user journey mapping, and testing coordination. Support production systems by identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting issues. Act as a backup eCommerce admin and key support resource for the digital commerce team.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, MIS, marketing, or related field (or 4+ additional years of experience). 3+ years of experience in eCommerce as a Business Analyst or in a functional eCommerce operations role. 2+ years working with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodology. Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) / Hybris. Strong business analysis skills with experience creating functional documentation, wireframes, and user flows. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Preferred Experience Background in healthcare or distribution industries. Familiarity with S/4HANA ERP, Salesforce, Power BI, or related tech. Experience in B2B eCommerce and digital commerce optimization.
