Job DetailsAs the Chief Operating Officer, you’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes, making sure the firm runs smoothly, leadership stays aligned, and teams feel supported.
You’ll work closely with the Managing Partner and Board to keep operations moving with purpose, clarity, and care.
Here’s what your day-to-day includes✔️ Meeting regularly with the Managing Partner to plan and prioritize✔️ Helping prepare board materials and firm-wide communications✔️ Overseeing operations across HR, finance, IT, office services, and records✔️ Collaborating with department heads on attorney performance and resource needs✔️ Supporting hiring, onboarding, and benefits planning alongside HR✔️ Partnering with the IT Director to keep systems efficient and secure✔️ Managing budgets, billing, and financial reporting with the Controller✔️ Participating in committees related to tech, retirement, lateral hiring, and strategy✔️ Acting as a trusted point of contact for questions, processes, and planningInterested in hearing more?
