Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401KJob DetailsAs a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for Providing comprehensive legal counsel and guidance to a broad spectrum of clients, including businesses, individuals, and public entities. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their rights and interests are adequately protected. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on complex legal issues. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations to maintain up-to-date legal knowledge. Collaborating with legal team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality legal service. Managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our firm. QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active licensure from the Ohio State Bar.

A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in the areas of Landlord-Tenant, Small Business, Prosecution, Municipal Law, Adoption, Family Law, Probate, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Proven experience in litigation and court representation. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using legal research software and other computer applications.
