Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring their rights and interests are adequately protected. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on complex legal issues. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks. Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations to maintain up-to-date legal knowledge. QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in the areas of Landlord-Tenant, Small Business, Prosecution, Municipal Law, Adoption, Family Law, Probate, Estate Administration, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. Proven experience in litigation and court representation. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court officials. High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using legal research software and other computer applications.
