What The Job InvolvesAs the Managing Director of a newly established Venture Capital firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the investment strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving the success of early-stage investments. The ideal candidate will have: A strong background in Seed and Series A investments, with a history of successful exits. Experience in building and scaling a venture capital firm, fund, or investment team. Strong leadership skills with the ability to attract, develop, and manage top-tier talent.

Exceptional deal-sourcing, negotiation, and due diligence capabilities. A data-driven, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with investors, founders, and partners.
