Vice President of Product

Position: Vice President of ProductLocation: Tokyo - JapanSalary: NegotiableRequired skills and experiencesRequired Skills- PdM or product strategy promotion experience in B2B SaaS (3+ years)- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles in product management- Experience in managing the launch of an organization (multiple organizations, 30 or more people)- Experience in interpreting management policies and translating them into concrete measures- Experience in building consensus with various stakeholders- Ability to make decisions and take action even in highly uncertain situations- Deep understanding of product and business strategy- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
