Job DescriptionProvide remote and on-site technical support for all product photography-related issues, including both hardware and software, across our European locationsEnsure and continuously improve photo quality standards in close collaboration with our team, while overseeing their implementation across all marketsMonitor project performance using defined KPIs, creating reports, guidelines, and presentations to support data-driven decision-makingManage and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring completion in line with quality standardsWork closely with the teams to enhance our vehicle photo booths and automation-optimized photography softwareQualificationsHands-on experience in photography, with a strong willingness to learn and a keen eye for detailSolid technical understanding and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new conceptsStrong organizational skills, an independent and structured approach to work, and a high level of motivation to drive improvements in our photo and imperfection standardsStrong problem solving skills, flexibility, and willingness to travelProficiency in G Suite/Microsoft Office, experience with Apple/Mac systems would be highly beneficialFluency in written and spoken English and French, additional languages such as Spanish or German would be a plusAdditional Information750 start bonus for all new starters until the end of the monthStable employment based on a permanent employment contractOur dynamic startup environment offers new challenges for personal growth while contributing your own ideasYour future is important to us, which is why we offer an above-legal allowance for the company pension schemeWe offer discounts on well-known brands such as Flaconi, Bosch, Apple and Sky as well as discounts on vehicles for you, your family and your circle of friendsYou do not meet 100% of the requirements?
