Remote with 50% Travel | PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle implementation of warehouse automation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and implementation plans, ensuring risk mitigation strategies are in place. Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (solutions, logistics, software, sales) and external client stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Serve as primary point of contact for all project communication, keeping both internal teams and client stakeholders informed and aligned. Manage scope changes and their impact on budget/schedule with clarity and control. Ensure successful handover and customer acceptance of deliverables during and post go-live.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline. 5+ years’ experience leading complex technical or automation projects. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, or 3PL environments. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, across multiple teams and time zones. Technical fluency in automation/robotics systems (AMRs, ASRS)Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal. Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
