This role is responsible for analyzing current practices, documenting proposed changes, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement solutions that drive performance, consistency, and productivity across the business.
How You Will Do ItReview and assess current operational systems, processes, and workflows across business unitsIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement through data analysis and stakeholder consultationContribute to business strategy discussions by providing insights from operational dataFacilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholdersDevelop and document recommendations for process improvements, new procedures, or system enhancementsAssist with planning and coordinating the implementation of approved changesMonitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and provide follow-up support or training where requiredCollaborate closely with departments such as Operations, IT, Finance, Payroll and to ensure alignment of process changesSupport Change Management efforts to promote adoption of new tools and practicesAll duties as may be directed by your managerWhat We Look ForBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirementsProficiency in data analysis tools and methodologiesExperience with project management methodologies and toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple prioritiesExperience in the use of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or TableauFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesCertifications in Business Analysis (e.
