What We OfferCompetitive salary package including staff benefitsExcellent team cultureOngoing training and opportunities for professional development and upskillingWhat You Will DoProvides key administrative and logistical support to the Project Management and Project Delivery TeamsHow You Will Do It100% compliance to Johnson Controls Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS)Administrative & Logistical support for the Project Delivery teamProviding support to Projects Managers and Project Leads to ensure all admin and logistics requirements are metRunning, compiling and distributing regular scheduled reports, ensuring all data is accurate and reports are completed and delivered on time to all key stakeholdersArranging travel for offshore project delivery teams, including arranging visas, passports, and liaising with sites and involved agencies as requiredSupporting the logistics team with data management to enable the rapid deployment of plant and materialsProducing health and safety documentation as required for project worksEnsuring the project delivery team all adhere to the policies and procedures, to ensure consistency throughout all deliverable worksCoaching individuals to meet the expectations of the role by focusing them on the most critical priorities, measuring progress and ensuring accountability to allow us to act like One TeamReviewing and updating existing procedures to ensure manuals and work instructions are currentEnsuring all end of month activities are actioned diligently and on time, identifying and understanding problems efficiently and taking decisive action to resolve themWhat We Look For5+ years Administration experience in a similar roleTeam oriented approachProficient MS Office SkillsDrives accountability, inspires and develops othersExcellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork abilityCustomer service skills (strong service orientation)Professionalism and pro-activenessExcellent time management and work prioritisation skillsSelf-starter, accurate and organizedRelationship management with both employees and customersAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesOnly applicants who have a current right to work in New Zealand will be considered.
