The role involves providing exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality, and ensuring a lively, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Beeyoung spirit.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu guidance.Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across service areas.Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.Upsell menu items and promote Beeyoung’s signature brews and dishes.Handle guest queries and complaints with professionalism and positivity.Follow standard operating procedures and maintain service quality. Requirements:0–2 years of experience in F&B service / hospitality (freshers with passion for service are welcome).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude, grooming, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and evenings.
