Working with a variety of high-quality materials, you'll be involved in everything from structural timber frameworks to detailed interior finishes, including flooring, partitioning, cladding, and bespoke fittings. This is a workshop-based role where precision, care, and pride in your work are key. You'll collaborate closely with a skilled team to ensure every lodge meets our exacting standards of luxury and craftsmanship—delivering outstanding spaces our clients can truly escape to.ResponsibilitiesConstruct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, such as doors, frames, floors, and ceilingsMeasure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials accurately based on project requirementsInstall cabinets and counters, repair furniture, and assemble prefabricated structuresInterpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure items are built to specifications and quality standardsMaintain an organized and safe work environmentWork collaboratively with other tradespeople, both on-site and off-siteEnsure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in safe working conditionRequirementsExperience in the construction industry as a JoinerExtensive knowledge of woodworking techniques and toolsAbility to read technical drawings and blueprintsSkilled in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood, plastic, and other materialsExcellent attention to detail and quality standardsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsHealth and safety awareness and compliance, including working at heights and using power tools safelyBenefitsCompetitive salary £33,000 - £37,500Hourly rate: £16-£181:30 finish on Friday'sCompany pension Provided with the best tools and machineryUniformOpportunity to progress and earn more8 hour shiftOvertime available Monday to Friday
