The Supply Planning Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of supply strategies for key materials across all business units. This role is critical in ensuring optimal inventory levels, uninterrupted supply, and alignment with corporate procurement and supply chain goals. You will drive innovation, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the supply planning function. Leads strategic and tactical supply planning for key materials (finished goods, traded goods, commissary raw materials). Aligns with Corporate Procurement, Business Units, and Suppliers to ensure supply continuity and cost optimization. Drives S&OP/S&OE processes, scenario planning, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manages inventory targets, turnover, and non-productive inventory reduction. Leads supply planning projects and cost-saving initiatives. Develops and coach a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals. Ensures compliance with company policies, GMP, food safety, and quality standards. Job Qualifications: A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA is a plus)With at least ten (10) years in a senior managerial role in supply planning, inventory management, or production planningPossess a strong knowledge of MRP/DRP, BOM, ERP systems (Oracle, Anaplan, WMS, etc.
