Job SummaryThe Solar PV Electrician will be working on solar PV systems in customers homes on a daily basis. They will work closely with our project coordinator and operations team to help us hit our installation targets. We look to offer a great customer experience as well as a great product so the installation teams are a very important part of the customer journey. They will also be working closely with our maintenance team to ensure our existing customers get a good aftersales service.
We use a bespoke CRM system which is used to schedule jobs, the candidate will be assigned jobs using this system and would be expected to follow this and report back to the team on a daily basis. The majority of the callouts will be in the greater Dublin area but some will be outside. ResponsibilitiesLearn the full ins and outs of a domestic solar PV installation. Learn and understand our product range to help troubleshoot any issues with current installs. Work closely with our installation team to help hit installation targets.
Work closely with our maintenance team to help us offer a good aftersales service to customers. Keep up to date with assigned jobs on our CRM system and provide daily updates to the office. What Are We Looking ForWell organised and capable of working on your own on within a team. Qualified electrician with experience working in domestic houses. Solar PV courses done is an advantage but not a requirement. Customer focused team player. Previous experience in the solar / renewable energy sector is a distinct advantage. Good problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Computer literate.
