About The RoleWe are seeking Guest Service Hosts to join our team at Melbourne Skydeck on a casual basis. You'll enjoy lots of variety working as part of our team. Some days you'll be positioned at our Admissions & Retail counter welcoming guests, answering telephone calls, and selling our experiences and merchandise. Other days, you'll be operating our experiences, including The Edge and Virtual Reality Theatre. Those with bar experience, if interested, can also be considered to work at Bar 88, situated up on the Skydeck itself.

Working as part of a diverse team, this position is significant in the operational performance of Melbourne Skydeck, focusing on ensuring key business performance and guest experience targets are met. At Melbourne's top tourist attraction, you may be stopped by guests from time to time to help them with their queries or questions about Melbourne, so the ability to seamlessly engage with guests and provide knowledge of the city and its surrounds is extremely beneficial. You will be required to work any of the seven days of the calendar week, including weekends and gazetted public holidays.
