For which tasks (responsibilities)?Lead the full-cycle recruitment process:
from intake briefing and crafting job descriptions to offer negotiation and onboarding initiationAct as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on market insights and hiring strategyOwn and maintain a clean, up-to-date candidate database in our ATS (Ashby)Continuously improve recruiting processes and contribute to building a high-performing hiring functionWhat kind of professional are we looking for?Over 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment overall, with at least 1 year specifically in GameDevDemonstrated strength as a Networker with an extensive network in GameDev communityProficient in collaborating effectively with Hiring Managers, recognizing that the speed and quality of outcomes rely on collaborative effortsExtensive experience in sourcing high-quality candidates across diverse rolesSkilled in utilizing various interview techniques to uncover candidate potential and ensure a seamless candidate journeyCapable of assessing candidates based on competencies, identifying risks, and determining team compatibilityExceptiont communication and negotiation skillsFluent Russian, Intermediate+ EnglishFor your success we offer:
