【Job Responsibilities】Main Responsibilities1. Undertake the headquarters' retail strategy, combine it with the local market, and promote regional store expansion and layout.2. Coordinating store construction and image management to ensure the standardized displays, props, and store operations.3. Conduct product training based on the headquarters' training system, use tools such as AI to empower agents, channels, and frontline teams.4. Manage third-party promoters and supervisors within the region, establishing an efficient performance delivery mechanism.5. Drive the achievement of regional sales target (SO) and new product launch plans, improving store efficiency and new product penetration rate.Core Competency Requirements1.
