Global Investment Banking - IPO - Analyst

Job DescriptionAs an analyst in Hong Kong IPO Team under Global Investment Banking, You will work with expert professionals at the heart of a leading global investment bank. Senior bankers will get to know you - both as a person and as a valued member of a winning team. You will experience training, hands-on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and feedback, and numerous development opportunities. You will use your related experience to contribute to the firm's IPO execution and capital raising capabilities while helping build J. P. Morgan's franchise and reputation in the marketplace.

You will develop strong functional skills in the major areas of investment banking and become a senior client executive who is capable of generating and executing your own transactions. Job ResponsibilitiesAdvising clients on the IPO process, including regulatory requirements, market conditions, and strategic considerations. Conducting thorough due diligence on the company seeking to go public, including financial analysis, business model evaluation, and risk assessment.

Preparing and reviewing necessary documentation for the IPO, such as the prospectus, financial statements, and regulatory filings. Assisting in the valuation of the company and determining the appropriate pricing for the IPO shares. Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Managing the execution of the IPO, including coordinating with various stakeholders such as legal advisors, auditors, and underwriters. Required Qualifications, Capabilities And SkillsBachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or other related fields. Minimum 1 year of work experience in an investment banking front office, or related role.
