Job Description

Job Description (JD): Schedule a meeting with the client to introduce services and understand their business. Request necessary documents (e.g., insured property details, commercial register, tax card). Create a quotation for the suitable insurance policy. Conduct a market survey by requesting offers from insurance companies. Follow up with insurance companies for their inquiries. Compare and analyze insurance offers (rates, coverage). Meet with the client to review and select the best offer. Send an order email to the chosen insurance company. Request a draft copy of the policy for review. Send the draft to the client for approval. Upon confirmation, send a final email to the insurance company and issue the originalpolicy. Arrange a courier to collect the original policy. Review and register the policy on the app. Request courier service to deliver the original policy to the client. Collect premium payment from the client. Obtain and deliver payment receipt from the insurance company to the client.Qualifications :Knowledge & Education:- Knowledge with all types of general insurance is a must.- 1 to 3 years’ experience in brokerage field.- CII certificate is plus.Skills & Abilities:- Good communication skills is must- Excellent knowledge with excel- Good in English
