Furne Limited is looking for Jr. ArchitectJob Description / ResponsibilityContext: We are a growing interior design firm dedicated to delivering innovative, functional, and aesthetic design solutions. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and material selection and must be able to design functional and visually appealing interior environments for both residential and commercial projects.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and office projects.Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications.Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budgets.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and vendors to ensure design execution.Visit project sites to supervise design implementation and quality control.Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design proposals for client approval.Source materials, furniture, lighting, and décor elements as per project needs.Research and stay updated on current design trends, materials, and finishes.Maintain design files and documentation in an organised manner.Educational RequirementsDiploma in ArchitectureBachelor of Science (BSc) in ArchitectureSkills Required: MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, LUMION, V- ray, PhotoshopExperience Requirements3 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Interior DesignAdditional RequirementsThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Furniture, Interior DesignFreshers are not encouraged to apply.Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.Strong sense of color, proportion, and spatial design.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Has successfully completed 3–4 interior design projects.Hardworking, responsible, and creative-minded.Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Job LocationDhaka (Gulshan)
