Job Description

Responsibilities:Concepts: Working closely with your peers on the conceptualisation and creation of visually compelling ideas for campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events. Ensure that the concepts effectively communicate key messages and capture the attention of the target audience.Ideas: Develop and execute comprehensive ideas aligned with the overall client marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Translate marketing goals into visually appealing and engaging ideas that resonate with the target audience.User Experience Knowledge (UX): Understand and create intuitive and user-friendly journeys for websites, landing pages, and other digital platforms. Focus on optimizing the user journey and improving engagement.Art Direction: Provide guidance and visual/conceptual perspective to campaigns and outputs, ensuring a high-quality and innovative delivery.Storyboarding: The Art Director will be responsible for developing visual storytelling by creating scamps, sketches and storyboards for all video content, ensuring that the creative intent, tone and narrative flow are clearly defined and communicated throughout the production process.Branding and Visual Identity: Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions to define and maintain a consistent visual identity for client brands. Ensure that all deliverables, including websites, social media assets, advertisements, and collaterals, adhere to client brand guidelines.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client services, programme managers, copywriters, designers, developers, and strategists, to align creative concepts and delivery to brief. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.Client Collaboration: Present concepts and solutions to clients, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance creative work.Stay updated with industry trends and customer insights to incorporate the latest creative practices, tech innovations and techniques into campaigns.Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferred in graphic design, visual communication, or simialrProven experience of at least 5 years in a Creative role with at least 3 years in a Design or art based role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of conceptual projects, including digital, print, and branding.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and familiarity with UX/UI design tools.Solid understanding of design principles and the ability to align design strategies with marketing objectives.Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking abilities.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate an art team.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projectsPermanent WFHMidfshift Schedule: 3PM-12MN
