Designation: Jr. Associate, Business DevelopmentEmployment Type: Full Time EmployeeLocation: Remote, Southern California, West Coast (Pacific Time, Only) Golden Five Vision·        To inspire creativity and the desire to achieve greatness for our clients and for our team.·        To involve all team members (including the client) in the solution development process.·        To innovate and think outside-the-box to provide unique solutions based on client’s unique business needs.·        To iterate through continuous improvement to provide for the most current needs of the client. ·        To engage, solution and deliver excellently for the client, above all, with integrity.About the job:The Golden Five team is looking for a self-starter and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team! As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, qualified lead-lists, outreach from previous marketing events and campaigns, and social media referrals.This is a junior sales role for a confident communicator and experienced appointment setter. This person will possess a hunter’s ability to work a provided warm lead list to track, update, and manage their own activities. The main responsibility for this position is to open doors and set appointments. The proven path of this position at Golden Five is to gain insight in our industry market, learn a structured sales process, develop important communication skills, work as an independent resource, at the beginning, of any sales cycle, and ultimately have a career path in sales towards commissions and advancement to success.  In this role, your focus will include:·  Setting appointments based on metrics and guidance from Sales Leadership ·  Maintaining and growing existing leads for cross sell/upsell opportunities·  Creative ability to hunt and identify potential lead opportunities·  Developing, and maintains, relationships with prospective first-in opportunities ·  Reaching out to, and qualifying, leads through outbound calling and social media·  Working with Marketing for campaigns, events, and social media references ·  Meeting and exceeding sales quotas/goals responsible for this role ·  Providing prompt responses to all parties involved inside job responsibilities ·  Maintaining CRM activities for tracking and follow-ups·  Desire for advancement and growth  Qualifications·        Technical:o   Ability to communicate Company information that leads to qualified first-inso   Ability to articulate solutions and business cases o   Preferred, Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, services, and platforms o   Lead generation and management experience a plus·        Communication:o   Clear communicator, both verbally and in writingo   Excellent presentation and communication skillso   Effective organizational skillso   Interpersonal and customer-service skills·        Professionalism & Character:o   Flexible and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environmento   Track record of being a dependable and productive teammate and remote worker with on-time delivery of taskso   Strong commitment to customer services and satisfactiono   Representative of the company’s values and ethicso   Has initiative for continuous learning as a self-starter o   Have a personal passion that you are willing to share and grow with the team·        Education & Experience: o   Preferred, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experienceo   Experience with D365 CRM softwareo   Proficiency in Microsoft Technologieso   Minimum of 1-year experience in Sales, Marketing, or Communications related fieldWork Authorization·        United States Citizen·        Clean Background
