Job Description:We are seeking proactive and highly results-driven individuals to join our Amader IT Business Development Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in fueling our business growth by generating high-quality leads for our innovative ERP solutions and digital transformation services. You will validate prospects, maintain detailed records in our CRM system, and seamlessly coordinate with the Business Development team to convert leads into opportunities for AmaderERP implementations and custom IT projects.Responsibilities:Initiate daily outbound calls to potential clients to generate and qualify new business leads for AmaderERP modules and IT services.Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers and suitable prospects within targeted organizations, such as retail chains, manufacturing firms, and HR-focused enterprises.Engage prospects professionally, building rapport to understand their operational needs and gather critical information on ERP, web, or mobile app requirements.Validate lead data to ensure accuracy and relevance of contact and business details.Accurately document all communications and updates in the CRM system.Promptly follow up on leads to maintain engagement and advance them through the sales funnel.Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team for smooth handover of qualified leads.Provide regular reports on call activity, lead progress, and key sales metrics to the Department Head.Continuously source new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.Nurture leads through effective follow-up calls, addressing questions and moving prospects toward conversion on Amader IT solutions.Work with the Marketing team to align messaging, share feedback on lead quality, and optimize campaign effectiveness for ERP and digital services.Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity in ERP, web development, and supply chain tech to uncover new opportunities.Participate in ongoing business development training and team meetings to sharpen product knowledge on AmaderERP and sharpen business development techniques.Uphold data integrity by maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date CRM records.Act as a dedicated brand ambassador, reflecting Amader IT’s values of innovation, client-centricity, and 24/7 support in all interactions.Contribute ideas to improve business development strategies, processes, and lead generation efficiency.Build relationships with prospective clients.Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.Manage sales pipeline.Analyze market and establish competitive advantages for AmaderERP in HR, finance, POS, and warehouse management.Track metrics to ensure targets are hit and submit goal achievement reports on a monthly basis.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree along with 1+ years in sales industry, preferably in IT/software solutions.Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing; demonstrated sales success.Proven experience in business development, outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred.Demonstrated success in lead generation and customer acquisition within tech or SaaS environments.Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, managing multiple priorities efficiently.Proficient with CRM platforms and accurate in data entry and record keeping.Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Other Benefits:Lunch Facilities: Fully SubsidizedEvening Snack Facilities: Fully SubsidizedSalary Review: YearlyFestival Bonus: 2Training and skill development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environment
