Jr. Data Mapping Analyst

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Junior Data Mapping Analyst to join our Real Estate Intelligenceteam in Mumbai.This role is responsible for mapping and maintaining accurate data for everytownship, society, and tower across company’s operable micromarkets in India. You’llensure that the database remains clean, structured, and up to date — forming thefoundation for all insights and decisions built on TruIQ.The role is detail-oriented and process-driven — ideal for someone who enjoysorganizing large datasets and maintaining order in information systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTownship, Society & Tower MappingIdentify and collect complete data for all townships, societies, and towersGather and verify details from multiple sources such as RERA portals, builder websites, site plans, and field inputs.Ensure naming consistency, logical hierarchy, and removal of duplicate or conflicting entries. Continuously expand coverage as company enters new micromarkets. Data Entry & CleaningEnter verified information into the TruIQ Database following company’s data structure and standards.Regularly audit and clean existing records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and uniformity.Flag inconsistencies or missing information for resolution and maintain clear change logs. Process & StandardizationFollow established workflows for data mapping and validation.Suggest process improvements to make data collection and cleaning more efficient.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Statistics, Mathematics orData Science is preferred but not mandatory.Experience0–2 years of experience in data operations, data entry, or real estateresearch preferred but not mandatory.Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills are welcome.SkillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with databases is a plus.Ability to organize and standardize large datasets.Clear communication and collaboration skills.Other RequirementsBased in or willing to relocate to MumbaiWillingness to travel extensively within Mumbai or other parts of India, as requiredComfortable working independently with ownership of data quality and timelinesCompetenciesDetail-Oriented and StructuredProcess-Driven and OrganizedStrong Data Cleaning and Validation SkillsClear Communicator and Reliable CollaboratorProactive in Identifying and Resolving Data GapsSkills: real estate,data,data mapping,database
