The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of image retouching experience and a strong eye for fashion photography. You will help ensure that all creative assets—from campaign visuals to e-commerce imagery—are flawlessly executed, visually compelling, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesEdit and color-correct product photography for flawless consistency across all platforms, delivering quick turnarounds while maintaining quality. Organize and maintain a structured library of edited images and videos, ensuring files are properly labeled with correct file naming conventions. Format and enhance image content while maintaining file size and crop specification guidelines. Color-correct garments in photos using physical samples as reference. Ensure visual consistency and accuracy of product images. Collaborate with the Art/Creative team to ensure all assets are organized and available for use in future projects. Meet deadlines and provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects. Incorporate feedback from creative leads to ensure final imagery aligns with the brand’s vision and quality standards. Work effectively in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment that demands precision and strong execution. Qualifications2–3 years of experience in image retouching. Keen eye for fashion/model photography, still life product photography, and strong photo composition. Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot visual or technical issues. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities, direction, and feedback. Experience in fashion, retail, and/or e-commerce environments. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, and Dropbox.
