Unimas Sportswear Ltd. is looking for Jr. IT Support OfficerJob Description / ResponsibilityEnsure technology is accessible & equipped with current hardware & software.Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.Maintain the integrity of all operating systems and servers for the seamless operation of the organization.Capturing, storing and processing data & maintain the security of these systems.Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.Provide support in computer hardware and networking troubleshooting.Monitor printers, copiers, telephone lines, CCTV set ups to make sure they are working properly and ensure their regular maintenance.Ensure the smooth operational status at various functional areas especially where there is high level of IT penetration.Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.Job LocationGazipur (Kashimpur)
