ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement QC policies and procedures.Oversee QC activities across raw materials, processes, and finished goods.Coordinate cross-site quality data collection and analysis.Lead issue escalation and quality troubleshooting.Manage QC metrics and continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsMinimun 3 - 4 years in a Junior Lead Quality Control from similar industryStrong background in food product quality control.Knowledge of testing standards, sensory evaluation, and non-conformance management.Experience with quality reporting dashboards and statistical process control.Conflict resolution and root cause analysis.Time and resource management.Strong demonstrated supervisory and project management skills.Effective interpersonal skills and verbal and written communications skills.Critical thinking and analytical skills and problem solving skills.Willing to work in the field with high mobilityStrong stakeholder management skills
