This role is perfect for someone studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field—who’s curious about how great content and clear insights that can drive brand growth.You'll help us communicate our value through compelling visuals, smart content, and data-driven insights. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a fast-moving team, contribute meaningfully and grow quickly.We’re a fast-moving company, so if you like solving real problems and want to grow while doing meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:Assist in developing content that supports brand growth, including client decks, reports, internal resources, and visual assetsOrganize and analyze data to extract simple, actionable insights for marketing and client communicationsSupport the creation of visual materials (e.g., charts, infographics, presentation slides) that bring our data and message to lifeCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and clarity across channelsHelp research trends in sustainability, tech, and real estate to inspire content ideas and strengthen our storytelling on LinkedInRequirements:You’re either currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands or recently graduatedBackground in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldHands-on experience (via internships, projects, or part-time roles) in growth marketing, content creation, or marketing analyticsA creative eye and a knack for visual storytellingComfortable working with Excel and interpreting dataCollaborative team player with a self-starter attitudeBenefitsWe offer a hybrid work policy: 2 days working from home and 3 days in-office each weekOpportunities to work closely with founders and leadership, providing mentorship and a deep understanding of startup operations.
