Jr. Product Manager, Pick & Mix (Fixed Parental Cover)

Our Junior Product Manager is heading on maternity leave, and we’re now looking for someone awesome to join our international Pick & Mix team to help craft irresistible candy and snack assortments for consumers across our markets. What You’ll Do You’ll be a key driver of our global P&M confectionery and snacks assortment and the backbone for structure, quality, and data integrity.Your Focus Areas Product Data Management — Safeguard high-quality, consistent product data across confectionery and snacks for both digital channels and—most critically—in-shelf labels.Project Management for 3P Items — Run internal processes and drive development of growth-markets and natural snacks items with thirdparty suppliers.System Development — Maintain and evolve our P&M IT landscape (e.g., Qlik Sense, planogram software, and related tools) in collaboration with central IT.Category & Portfolio Analysis — Deliver data-driven insights to sharpen assortment strategy and performance.How You’ll Work You’ll partner closely with central P&M (Assortment, Procurement, Branding, Business Development), local market teams, central IT, and 3P suppliers to deliver a seamless consumer experience.Who You Are A cando, adaptable problemsolver—mindset and drive matter mostHandson experience with Excel and product data management in FMCG/retailStructured, analytical, and detailoriented, with strong followthroughA clear communicator who builds trust and momentum across teamsFluent in English; Nordic languages are a plusAt Cloetta, you’ll work with beloved brands and a passionate team that loves what we do — bringing sweetness and smiles to millions of consumers.Apply now!
